The Board meets on the second Thursday of each month. Meetings begin at 10:00 am in the District office located at 15 Ernest Street, Suite A in Murphys, CA. The Board members receive a $100 stipend per regular board meeting. A member may elect to waive any or all payments. 

The primary responsibilities of the Board shall be the formulation and evaluation of District policy as well as legal and fiduciary oversite of the district and its mission.
