PUBLIC NOTICE INVITING INTERESTED CONTRACTORS FOR THE 2024 INFORMAL BID LIST
In accordance with the State's Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Commission, the Murphys Sanitary District is inviting all interested licensed contractors to submit their firm for inclusion on our District's list of qualified bidders for calendar year 2024. Per California Contract Code 22032, any public work project that is estimated to be below $200,000 is subject to the Informal Procedures set forth by the States Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Commission. Contractors that are interested in being on the 2024 Contractor Informal Bid List are required to have a current California State Contractors license and are subject to verification through the Contractor's State License Board.
Interested Contractor's are asked to submit a completed Pre-Qaulification Form online at anytime. Contractor's already on the list do not need to reapply.
